Admission Requirements

Individuals applying for this program are required to:

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Present a valid/current photo ID
3. Present a valid social security number (or alien registration number, U.S. student visa, Form 1766, or EAD)
4. Visit the school and tour the campus
5. High school diploma or GED certificate
6. Provide an up-to-date immunization record
7. Make a down payment before the first day of class

Immunization Requirements

Students must bring proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination prior to your first class. We will keep this in your student file.
